Group Policy:

Families will receive a schedule with dates prior to the semester start date.  Each semester will be 6 weeks. Please check our website and/or Instagram for inclement weather closings. If you determine that travel from your location is too dangerous due to weather, please e-mail us at info@outoftheboxspeech.com. 

The success of our Out of the Box Speech groups is dependent on the nature of learning and working together as a group.  If one of our group members is not present, not only will we miss them but it will shift the group dynamic. Every session is carefully planned in consideration of each of our participants' needs and goals. Consistency and reinforcement are essential for progress. For that reason, we ask for a full semester commitment to the group. However, we understand that illness and emergencies arise. Please e-mail or call us if your child will not be attending a group session as soon as possible.

No refunds will be given. We have  built in one make-up session at the end of the semester that your child may attend if they have missed one or more sessions. This session will be free of charge and will serve as a replacement for any missed sessions. If sessions are cancelled due to weather, we will schedule an additional session for the semester.

Individual policy:

We are happy to provide individual speech sessions in your home, your child’s daycare/preschool or a predetermined location in your community. Since we will be traveling to provide services to your child, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel a session. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you will be billed 50% of the session fee. If there are frequent cancellations within the 24 hour notice period, we reserve the right to suspend services.
